Small business-owners are resilient by nature, but business challenges don’t usually look like COVID-19.

Homer Glen’s shopkeepers and restaurateurs, however, are working to cope, changing operations, increasing sanitation and staying optimistic about a return to normalcy sooner than later.

Kenootz Pizza at 15755 S. Bell Road in Homer Glen said they already had the infrastructure in place for delivery, so the transition hasn’t been that difficult for them. Actually, Kris Boylan, one of the owners of Kenootz, said the restaurant has been operating more or less as usual.
